I believe the item only takes effect if it is worn as the summon is summoned. Equipping the item afterwards seems to have no effect, unless it comes from a set or filigree bonus (deadly diabolist and cry of battle, respectively).

I've never had problems with augment summons on actual summoned creatures, before. The feats and enhancements all seem to work. I think I remember that if you are getting your bonuses from an item, you need to have that equipped before you summon a creature, otherwise it may not apply.

Another thing I absolutely love about the Storm Horns is how, even if you've ran it countless times, you might find something you've never seen before. It could either be a single, out of place troll with a horde of monsters, the elusive "Wounded Soldier" encounter (which I am yet to find), or...

That's caused by the Symphony of the Fey event; it changes all newly-found item borders, including named ones.

Axe of the unseen blow is using strength and dexterity for both attack and damage, so it seems to be working alright. Can't check Onyxhorn because I don't have it, but it uses the same "Finesse" enhancement, so likely follows the same rules, too.

Something to note about the orthons is that, after about 10 or so seconds, they will all teleport onto a target to fight in melee. This can be useful for taking them all out together with some good cleaves or AoEs.

Figured out that Legendary Rally and Harper Pin can get you out of those. First time completion of Legendary VoD!

In Vision of Destruction, I always struggle with Suulomades's Binding Chains attack, and he casts it so frequently that I never get a break or a good time to heal. Does a counter to this exist? Freedom of Movement items don't seem to work, unless I am missing something.

The breakables are definitely a large contributor to party lag, but not outside of you party. I ran The Age of Rage earlier and it took, like, 10 minutes to clear out the breakable room for the objective because of the lag. The rest of the quest was smooth (ish) sailing, however.
