My spell pen at level 10 is 19 and it's not working. DC on my spell is 70. This is outside reaper. Reaper would at 2 to my spell pen. So that would be 21 pen. I probably could find an augment, all I have atm is a +6 for level 20

Sound burst is bad busted atm. IDK if it is just ATR or all together. I heard it is a known issue and was being looked at. I know that I have rarely been able to stun anything, since I took the SLA at 6.

Ive had this happen in the past, as well as today. Sometimes settings get refreshed and I get the intro movie again when it happens. Have to redo my keybinds. Some reason they all get unassigned, custom and default ones. So, I can't move or anything.
