Since the last patch Bleak Transformers, which should not drop yet (afaik), are dropping from purple named bosses in wilderness. Since the last patch I have yet to get a single Bleak Resistor from either wilderness or quests. I am talking legendary here. Anyone experienced something different?

What happens if you are vip and don't claim your reward during a month? Do you automatically get all the due rewards the next time you claim? Or do you have to claim twice (thrice, etc...) the next month? Or even worse, is it forfeit?
