This has nothing to do with currency excange. If X USD * Rate = Y JPY then 0.7 * X USD * Rate = 0.7 * Y JPY Not 0.95 * Y Market page clearly states its 5% OFF not 30% BTW Vecna all editions have the same % OFF in all currencies.

This is not how excange rate works. Btw Vecna and newer expansions have same discount for all currencies.

Strange, in the past weeks when clearing TR cache was extreme slow and laggy on ship or HH, I always went to market bank where it was just slow as usual but no extreme delays like anywhere else.
