I have no idea what that means , really do not care. All i know is i've played this game on & off since 2010, and have never encountered before. But I do know that if cannot be addressed i see no reason to waste any time or effort on this lying lagging game

Question: may be dumb, but when it says max 20 bag space on a toon, does i need to collect it on an alt? how do i tell if i have maxed bag space on a character?
