Nonsense. There's no equivalence between rare loot gating and raid loot gating. The issue with rare loot isn't the gating per se, but the fact it's applied to items that aren't, or shouldn't be, close to chase items. There is also no rng associated with raid runes. Two pretty fundamental...

Run LD. It's a bit parsimonious in generation but it does work. I think pots would be OP. You'd just chug them constantly to keep your ABs up. AB management is a reasonable requirement IMO. Can't remember the last time I had to shrine for any reason other than a rez (so pretty often there then 🤣)
