The apartments is easy to do as ranged: just retreat to the outside (where the party is) when the mobs spawn. Outside the entry doors of the apartments you can jump down. Then you can kill them easily in small groups from the stairs.

Monday 5/1/26 Moonsea started having severe lagg issues from about 20:30. Not possible to open bank or ship. 5 min later bank opens inside quest. Moving from area to area with teleporter looks ok. Several other people have the same issues.
