I too am leaning towards Aasimar for the breakdown you just described with the con and % as well as what Kyrr mentionned. This may be a dumb question but where did you get your 1.65 and 1.70? (I understand 1.70 is with Aasimar but where did you get those values? :)

I had the same issue. I cannot speak to the NPC for the last part of chain 1 (battle for Eveningstar). This means the next quests cannot be unlocked like the whole chain 2 and chain 3. Also some quests in High roads and druids. Please fix.
