Correction, it works, but, it takes this long for it to apply.. pluss bonus time for aggravation to set in and generate anger to write report.

Why do you keep doing this, when it clearly doesn't work ? For the record; Copy pasted 'ABYSSAL30' in the right box in the shop, the shop goes ok, registered, and then nothing. Last time, april was it, same thing happend, didn t look and got the item at a full price, yay.

Servers look alive, but nothing works. No teleporting, no mail, no bank. Its dead.

It seems as you are unable to play whilst a character is being shipped off a server and into the great beyond. (took 30 mins for a fresh one) This makes sense since avoiding duping is probably part of the primary objective.

According to the trolls you should go out and enjoy the fresh air until two days after the final expansion arrives 2038 then go farm that one. Or you could go and have fun right now with the awesome quests that are MD. Teh trolls will say that it was much better with the old quests in harbour...

And today I got my bag and potions :) Next time you are overloaded in work, just say that there is a delay for nonessential issues and hint at a timeframe. Its easier to wait of you know it the reasons.
