Intensify is more mandatory than before (as Maximize power is being shifted there). Epic + Legendary Spell Focus were just recently made extremely desirable. Master of ___ feats are not free; the gain from taking them must also factor the loss from whatever you have to give up to take them.

Fair enough there. Incidentally I already found myself on the fence about using it (as a Wizard). Going from ~12.5 base per 2 CL per ray to ~7.5 means I am just going to eat the -2 Int to switch out of Winter.

First time hearing of an over-level loot penalty. Afaik the only penalty is the inability to run reaper.

The traps are semi-random. You either make a deal with the NPC or have to deal with the traps.

This is why transaction logging is important. Literally everything is traceable in the digital world. They just need the resources to do it. They could reverse an entire transaction chain if they had the tools.
