I have to agree that the drop rates need to be public even if its just the average drop rate. even Oldschool RuneScape's staff confirm if a drop rate is accurate from their fans wiki. like come on i'm still hunting the jack jibbers blade sense it came out and its SUPOST TO BE A COMMON DROP...

ok is been how many years sense 2k/4k has all but become default at this point. Hell even Old school runscape has a UI scaler built into it and its code is even older then DDO's. if we can't get the scaler at least allow us to move the buff bar from the top right cause unless you playing in...

so was doing some testing with the mote spawn time in korthos... waited almost an hour and didn't see one spawn at all so either there is a quest completetion trigger or its based on the quest instance ID if you get one... wich is BS that if the spawn timer is after so many kills why the HELL...

thing is i've been in explorers waiting for motes to spawn for over 30 min and got nothing so i'm wondering what the trigger is to get them to spawn. edit: just had a green mote spawn out in korthos explore... it bugged out and wouldn't activate from 2 different lutes. (still level 3)
