You're probably right - I've open chests with a Duergarcraft weapon and another piece of named loot or an augment. Nevertheless, it does feel like the drop rates are pretty low on named items. I do get a bunch of artifacts this said!

Been pretty bad for some time now. You folks at SSG need to look into what has changed or what was introduced lately that's causing it to lag. Been noticable since the release of U80. And it feels like it's getting worse. Just came out of a Threat Old and New that was pretty terrible.
