Yeah and if anything, since DDO has like 1 option for how NPCs interact with you on every node of the Choose-Your-Own-Adventure multiway graph, getting us to avoid dialog enhances the feel of the game lol
Your OP (post #1) specifically asked for NPCs that would grant all the quests for a chain, respectively. Silverfox's later post (post #4) talked about using an alt account but Ying's post (post #2) was just a suggestion the game auto grant all the quests.
The teleport clickies you can buy from expansions ultimate editions has been consolidated to one clickie that opens a menu that only lets you access the ones you own so this is not a technical impossibility to implement.

It makes no sense to have to talk to anyone before doing a quest. It should only affect how people react, like they can tell you in advance or be pleasantly surprised. e.g., how BG3 would it, you know, with feeling.

Yeah the key fact is that activating Hunt's End triggers you to be in a state that last 12 seconds where you get a huge boost on whatever attack you do next. The cool down is shorter than 12 seconds. Mostly useful for initial surprise attacks.
The wrong reason not to boost hires is to make people dependent on each other, forcing grouping. I think providing people that like summon builds the option will make the game better for them overall, they'll play more, they'll play with others sometimes, and it will be a net positive.
