Also, since you mentioned that Shield Bash is limited by the animation CD, and forms only a tiny fraction of overall dps, is it better if we skip Impv ShieldBash (not sure how much it really affect dps), freeing the feat to take Precision in heroic, thus gaining an Epic Feat?
