I was able to interact with the bank in the Harbor with no issues to get 49 stacks of arrows and bolts to post on the AH, which was also fine, after clearing out my 150K pp net from the last sets of ammo I put up. Who knew ammo was so profitable.

I had the same issue, was able to switch to Moonsea. Figured I'd give it an hour or two and see if it cleared itself up.

I mean, providing an email address is not required to make a wiki account. Just pick a username you'd be okay with losing if you forgot your password because the only thing that providing an email really does is give you an access point to reset a lost password.
