Hi, leveling question please. Even though you recommend falchions, would you recommend 10-20 using SoS anyways while doing heroics?

Has anyone been stuck at transfer window hourglass before select world recently? I just got back to ddo, packed my characters, but I can't get the transfer window to let me do anything. Any advice? I doubt everyone is still transfering in October.

I am very sorry if this has already been posted but I couldn't find a similar post. I was wondering, if someone had time, if they could post the best 2hander for each level from 1-20? I am always unsure what I should be aiming for. Thank you to anyone able to help.
