Correct. 3 augment slots are freed up for casters who specialize in 3 schools. I do think though that there is an abundance of Insightful +3 DC items at the moment. (Neck, Rings, Clothing, Gloves for all spell schools) so I personally have never had a problem with Insightful DC in particular.

My suggestion with the item DOTs is to increase the base damage. Removing cooldown would be fun but it could be a balancing problem especially for Trickster. I think that Crit % and Dmg should also be applied to weapon attacks. As it is now, the damage is almost nothing for martials. Less than...
