would cha not be better idea i mean you only need 17 stre right? both options are avalible early via enhancment tree (3 points) to use cha as your modifier

i sent a quick message to cordovan you can find them by clicking staff tracker at the top of this page and he is a community leader if you send him the issue and ticket # he will get it fixed, he did for me and it was within 3 hours @Cordovan not all heroes wear capes

love this build only issue I had was with constructs and things that are immune to fire damage during the leveling process
