Pretty simple--I crafted a heroic Oozing Hunger bastard sword, and the Destructive Acid proc doesn't seem to trigger, ever. I tried relogging, no luck. Pretty annoying after going through the trouble to get the slime emblem.

The Burning Down the House glitch has occurred once for me over several runs. In fact, in the run I saw the glitch in, the wheels were fine when I first entered the main room, but then suddenly weird black geometry all over the place, just as pictured.
