I wanted to break the 500 Melee Power limit on my main (Zvdegor) but this tiny first lifer achieved it sooner. Soooo proud of her 
379 base + 15 Vistani 1' buff + 10 Enhanced Bloodrage + 20 Warlock aura + 50 Prowess + 30 MP Action Boost = 504 MP theoretiacl max + 15 pot makes it 519

- how much do you miss (if at all) having attribute to DMG as well?
- albeit a 1st lifer, how many practical epic PL are you including atm (if any)? last screenshot I've noticed were indeed 0 ePLs;
- is this capable of self generating helpless on mobs? how? or is it a conscious decision to delegate that to group members?

I dont see "miss" at all or if there any it is rare so negligible. There are some grazing hits tho.
I dont have any Racial/Epic or other PLs at all. Got 2-3 other toons for that grind. She stays perma 1st lifer just to enjoy the playstyle. All I did 2-3 lesser reincarnation for optimalisation reasons (DDO have been changing all the time, more like the mood of women in a day)
Got Mighty Slam in the RMM tree which is a mini AoE stun effect which if it hits, can cause helplessness. My other CC is the paralysys and Guardbreaking from Maw raid kukri which does not cause helplessness but plays an important role to stay alive. U can use dino bone kukri with freezing effect iirc it also causes helplessness.
I dont have any problem to solo R6s or eve some quests on R8. Newer content like MD is much tougher to solo, there R4 is ideal.
It is not a solo build, tho it can solo with a slower pace. The reason I like this build very much because it is ideal for smaller (2-4) static TR groups, because it can cover trapping/tanking/dps/some social skills. If you like play melee frontline style but also like to be useful in other situations this build is perfect for that.
Can contributing in r8-10 questing too but there specialist builds are far more better.
If I have to describe the role of the build I'd say it is a safe to play swiss army knife party tank and flowersniffer. Good in everything but great at nothing.

Are there any notable changes to the main multilife build?
Also a question regarding the r bonuses on gear. Do these stack with each other? Like if I have two rings with +5 melee power bonus will that add up to 10 total? Same for Mythic?

Multilife build has got tiny optimalisations (for flavor)
1. Using The Voice of Fury in the FotW epis destiny.
2. I am havnig fun lately with the spell: Lightning Sphere. It did not know till now that Lightning Sphere can break boxes!!! Love it! Also it makes me feel more like an Artificer. Melee style but spamming Tactical Detonation and Lightning Sphere. Can totally skip it tho, but I like it for flavor
As far as I know, reaper bonuses stack. so if U have 2 rings with +5 MP on it both will add up. Mythic is the same. Only thing wont stack is fortune bonus of the same type 2 times.

I checked the wiki and it says:
Target is Helpless and takes extra damage: Frozen (Various Warchanter freeze attacks, Freezing Ice, Jaws of Winter)
IIRC Frozen state adds adam,ntine DR to the freezed monster.
but U are right
Icehorn grants Legendary Ice: Attacks and Offensive Spells have a [10~20%] chance to turn your target into a block of ice. (Fortitude? save, AoE, freezes target if it fails save and grants them DR 100/adamantine, does not add helpless condition)

Yea, i mean Legendary Ice exclusively. Freezing Ice provide helpless status, i use it all time. Legendary Ice - don't, and from my testing have proc about 5% only, but works from spellz too.

what would be the major loses or gains from going pure wf arti, but using kukri and VNF...im currently at cap on WF arti(bladeforged); have been giving ranged arti another go, but been missing the melee play style...(dont have altitis, but suffer from chronic main reincarnation syndrome)

Warlock level is only for the aura +20MP/USP and some procs its not a biggy if you skip it. Ftr is only for the extra feat and the Heavy Armor profiency but as Human you will get a free feat too so can go pure as a Human. Bladeforge is very good for early access Racial Reconstruction.
My other suggestion would be for a low or no PL life is Tiefling. For 7AP you will get an upgraded Obscuring mist with no fail blindness and chance to be tripped. I had tons of fun with thar version on my alt.

"Its pretty easy. Warforged, take SWF and Warhammer or Dwarven Axe. Either burn a feat for DAXE or BSWord or Knight's Training for War Hammer.
Put 41 or 41+ points into BE.
Put enough into Harper for KtA
Put as much as you can into Renegade Mastermind for the recons.
Whatever leftover into Warforged Tree.
Daxe and BSword tends to level faster. Warhammer works best at cap because of its superior single target damage.
Turn on Runearm Charge when you log in and spam that stuff.
If you use an AoE RuneArm you can just roll with Warhammer to cap (I like to do that)
Feats:
Take SWF and that line if using Warhammer, THF if doing Daxe/BSword. Though SWF can still be used on those.
Take Addy Body, Quicken as well. Some people like Insightful Reflexes.
Macrotech as main ED is nice, so is LD.
I've run this build a TON, did a bunch of racial lives with it (Wish for racial memories).
You can get traps. You are tanky and have 2 "I don't die buttons" as in 2 Quickened Recons."
