I submitted a ticket 20 days ago describing my problem. Since I didn't receive a response, I followed the forum's suggestion to submit a new one. This was also 10 days ago.
I realize that the transfers are a lot to do, and I understand that. Therefore, I'm asking if someone could take a look at this ticket. The ticket number is #428042. Thank you in advance.
