Bug Report Number:
318918
  • Beckon divinity does not work as a self raise while dead (if it is not supposed to work while dead then why does the description say it can be used on yourself once per rest?)
  • law of the divine does not do the correct damage, my testing shows that it most likely scales with 100% melee power/ranged power, not the listed 200%.
  • the spellcasting implement on the mantle upgrade does not give extra spellpower to favored weapons that already do not have an implement (at least in my testing).
  • side note: consecretion has 20 second cooldown when literately ALL other epic strikes are 15 seconds or less. shouldn't this one be 15 second cooldown as well considering it has a crowd control component like drifting lotus and the fatesinger cleave which BOTH have a 15 second cooldown?

The bug involving Law of the Divine's scaling has been fixed internally, but the rest of these are not bugs and/or lack sufficient details and/or clarity for me to investigate. Thank you!

  • heres the beckon bug (if its a bug): description: "Beckon Divinity: Epic Moment: Divine Power infuses you and your party members, granting them Divinity for 30 seconds. This blessing is so strong that any allies who are dead are raised from it to their Maximum Hit Points. Divinity: When you are struck by any type of damage, you are healed for 4d6 Positive Healing (this healing becomes Repair if you are a Warforged, or Negative if you are Undead). Furthermore, for the first 10 seconds, you are immune to all forms of Crowd Control. The Resurrection portion of this ability may only affect you once per rest." why does it say it can self raise when it cant?
  • as for the mantle thing, here it is: "Strike with Poise: Your Divine Crusader Destiny Mantle grants Favored Weapons an additional +1/2/3 to their Enhancement bonus. Rank 3: Favored Weapons are also now considered Implements to you automatically, and gain +1[W]." the implement part doesn't work in my testing, but the rest does

It's saying you're infused with divine power, which is the healing portion. It doesn't appear to explicitly say it can self-raise you.

Also I'll point out that the "The Resurrection portion of this ability may only affect you once per rest." portion of this ability is broken; a player can be resurrected any number of times with the ability.

all i care about is the "The Resurrection portion of this ability may only affect you once per rest.", I already know the divine thingy is just the lame heal

The resurrect portion only specifies allies, the last sentence stating that the ability can only affect you once per rest is using the generic you to state a limitation of the ability which is currently bugged to allow multiple uses.

So all in all, the only bug not fixed yet is:
  • "Strike with Poise: Your Divine Crusader Destiny Mantle grants Favored Weapons an additional +1/2/3 to their Enhancement bonus. Rank 3: Favored Weapons are also now considered Implements to you automatically, and gain +1[W]."
    • The implement part doesn't work in my testing, but the rest does.
I can't test it unfortunately, but @FVSHasBeenGuttedwhyohwhy you may wanna include a) your religion, b) what made your weapon a Favored Weapon (if it wasn't just your Religion), and c) the weapon type.

Edit: Nevermind, I tested this on Lamannia and it worked perfectly fine. So everything in the OP is now fixed/WAI.
