36 Point dex/bow ranger build please

I am on the road to completionist and am looking for a traditional ranger bow build for 2024. Never played ranger before. only leveling to 20, then reincarnating to the next class.

i.e., should I put any points into one of the universal enhancement trees that may not have been available for past builds?

Now that Update 66 is out, I'm bumping this thread.

Looking for 36 point DEX build, using longbow and rapier/dagger, with a splash of Rogue 1, using DEX to-hit and damage. Possible races Tabaxi or Wood Elf? All universal trees and races are on the board.
