4 th life in a row with bank full and not going into TR cash

Hello,

Been doing 4 TR in a row (epic TR, racial TR, ...) and each time after restarting lvl 1 or 15 my bank is full from the previous life.

Tryed to fill some bug report in game for over a month, now i m trying my luck to get some help on the forum.

Any hope for some help ?

Bank curent : 39 item stored for a max cappacity of 280...

This has been an issue some folks have had for about the past year. Only some people are effected and SSG hasn't tracked down why it happens yet. https://forums.ddo.com/index.php?threads/bug-tr-cache-after-tr.19892/ is the earliest thread about it happening.

The only thing I can think of doing is put as much stuff in your character's inventory just before TRing (instead of in the bank) as that stuff does seem to go into the TR cache for folks correctly. That way it'll minimize the issue as much as possible; but this might not be an option for everyone depending on much stuff they have.

Couple of options in my recommended order of operations:

1. If you're using tradeable/randomly generated gear, then mail it to a mule.
2. Buy shared bank and put bound to account items in there before you TR.
3. Buy more bank space.
4. Delete stuff.

Thanks for the advice, all (or almsot) item are BTC.

The problem is not missing room in the bank, it s that when i do TR (did 4 in a row) the bank doesn t move to the TR cash, and i end up with my bank full.

1 - i prepare for TR and clear the TR cash
2 - i use the TR heart to go back to lvl 1
3 - i open my bank, and it s full ! the item from the bank aren t going to the TR cash, only my inventory item go to the TR cash
4 - i do peetition to ask help to move bank to TR cash
5 - 6 - 7 - i do 3 other TR back to lvl 1, and bank never clean

as my toon got all past lives, i wanted to play it at cap, but having the bank full since lvl 1 force me to keep all item on my inventory and it s not cool.

My char is only to endgame, its my main have alot of raid itens btc...

Only for update, 7 TRs and same problem, my bank stay fulled and not go to tr cache the items...

I would just assume it is some A/B testing going on. Some people are the selected candidates. Pretty odd if that is not the case.
