2 barb for sprint boost and extra and extended rages
13 druid for heals and stuff?

Leveling will be elemental bloom or SoS and then ESoS

Anything I'm overlooking?

Why not 5 DL, 3 Barb (for +40 ST) and 12 FvS CHA-based which would provide some nice synergy for your Dragon Breath and with an easy Trance and more health, plus divine spell to provide full BAB? Human could also bag you +20 ST and if you'd like a +25% speed buff and dd for the icing on the cake. Alternatively, STR-based Cleric variant 14-5-1, less health ans spell points, but Protection Domain would offer a possible better option for a melee. A Dark Apostate path would also get you a much better imdue.

And don't forget you can't, iirc, rage and use STR-based Trance.
Last idea... Warforged CHA based 12 FvS 3 Barb 5 DL, yeah you'd start with only 16 CHA but the immunites, +20 ST and extra MP and defenses too.

Those are some really good idea.

DL is mostly for CC and perma-displace
