I know the forums aren't necessarily the right venue to air this, but I'm posting it here for visibility as my previous experiences with submitting a ticket hasn't inspired confidence. I'll just paste the contents of my ticket here:
I recently purchased the Sinister Secrets of Saltmarsh collectors edition, Fables of the Feywild Ultimate Fan Edition, and Masterminds of Sharn Ultimate Fan Edition and various rewards for the bundles are currently missing. As follows,
"And more bonus items!" (10 shared banking slots, 2 Potion of Ransack loot, 20 character bank storage slots)

Ultimate Sharn Supplies (140 Astral Shards, Three Major Guild Renown Elixirs, Twenty Greater Treasure Hunter Potions, Five Mirrors of Glamering)
I understand that there is probably a lot of tickets coming in with this black friday sale. I will be posting on the message boards as a companion piece to this ticket. Hopefully it will get noticed quicker that way.

I've also still got an open ticket over a week long (two tickets actually) regarding my questline for Against the Slave Lords being bugged. It's much less an issue as I've moved past that, but nonetheless it's still there and not been resolved.
I only chose to post about this because I looked around and found another user with the same related issue to the Sharn supplies who ended up waiting 28 days on their ticket until finally getting attention brought to it by posting on the forums. I obviously have no desire to wait a month.
