I'm getting the following error when trying to buy points:
We're sorry, a system error has occurred while processing your request. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you continue to encounter this error, please view our Knowledge Base for possible solutions to your error.

I've enter a credit card info and got this message.
I'm now getting this message every time I click any points bundle, before the credit card screen pop.

Anyone else having this? Anyway to fix this?

I first tried the in-game store.
Then when I got this error tried the external, got the same error.

Have you switched between the 64-bit and 32-bit clients? I have gotten errors because of backlogged login data when switching between the too. Otherwise, it sounds like it's just a random shop bug? Try restarting the entire client to see if that fixes things. if not, might be worth it to submit a bug report.

But I get this error in the external site as well... sure its about the 64bit?

You could try removing all credit card information, closing everything down, then opening the in game store again and adding the information back.

Nah, it shouldn't be specific to either client version because the store itself is not run by the client, it's an external "pop-up" program. The only issue would be if there was backlogged login info, which CAN happen if you've been switching between the two clients/spamming relogs etc.

That might be the problem right there. The thing is, I cannot access to the credit card info page. Any payment method show me this error.

I opened a ticket and got a response (amazingly fast response - I remember tickets sitting for weeks there).
It was indeed the old payment that caused the error.
Works fine now. Thanks all.

Their payment processing contractor hates money. Been like that at least since the Morgrave expansion, from what I've noticed.
