A Trick Shot question

Trick Shot adds 40 ranged power for 4 sec - which is cool.

But do you lose attacks from tumbling? Even losing 0.2s worth of attacking with say 500 rp would be a fairly significant reduction to the value of Trick Shot.

You do lose any attacks, however, usually I do the Trick Shot tumble as a big hitter (eg Hunts End) is coming up off of cooldown. Which normally does put you slightly ahead ultimately in terms of numbers.

You can land pluck + hunts + shoot first (or your other best attack) during a single trick shot timer, and tumble cancels reload animation. Further, tumbling forward is faster than sideways - and you can do a tumble into stationary and maintain full archers focus while benefiting from Trick Shot.

That said, do not tumble during nhb/fusillade for offensive purposes.

And keep in mind that if you also tumble for defensive purposes, you get the RP as an added bonus for something that you'd be doing regardless.
and stacking trick shot + defensive tumble puts tumble charge timer at 7sec which is noticeably better for tumble enthusiasts
