Just encountered someone on Orien who was farming for a Supreme shard of power, and we ended up having a conversation about GS and it’s planning. I was informed that the cubeicle ninja planner was down. So dropped quest, and checked it out.
I’ve found a method that works, so I’m doing a step by step for those who might need it (and I informed the other player who tried it, and it worked for them).

Hit enter.
It'll show you snapshots over the years of the website. I chose 2023 (randomly) and a month (randomly)
GIve it a moment to load.
So, if unfamiliar with the hGS planner, you choose the item first then go to the final power and work backwards. So i'm going to design a MinII Khopesh.
I chose what I wanted, and was presented with this
