Add a teleporter to Fey snowy quests

That's the only really annoying part in fey...Well aside from having to chase the animals in the pseudodragon quest on a melee...

Everything else breaks into nice chunks. The three quests in the north forest, Thornwright and the tree, and with the wild hunt teleport the three quests downstairs are easy to access. If there was a similar teleport upstairs, that'd complete the set

dude are you crazy?

teleport to quest, do you realize what it means? it would mean making a lot of content more popular, thus with more value, like the wildly popular ravenloft, and omg, it would ease the strain on the servers, what do you plan to introduce to compensate the amount of lag that will disappear if whole instances in red alert just vanish overnight? how do you plan to keep the server uselessy occupied with? how would you replace the hazard risk of them "lag-infecting" other instances on the same server if all that mob pathing happens no more?

dude, that sound insane. are you ok?

Could always add a minimum amount of time in quest so it limits the load/unload time burden on the servers.

If you are worried about red alert in the wilderness (especially with epic questing) run the wilderness on HEROIC. The pain of getting to the quest is much easier. The same can be done with the run up to the North Teleport in the Stormhorns. It just takes a little forethought on the leader. There are other places also like epic Wheloon. If you know others lag behind do to zerging then change what you are doing!

I'd have agreed pre mounts. Now? *Shrug*

It still takes like a minute or two to run up to the snowy quests, even with a mount. That's not a trivial amount of travel time (maybe 1/4 of a quest), especially since mount travel is completely unengaging - you're just holding down the "move" button and occasionally turning.

IMO 30-45 seconds (mounted) should be the limit to get from where you enter a zone to where you enter a quest (or at least the first quest "in a line", like I mentioned in Fey). It doesnt all have to be teleport directly to every quest entrance...but something like IoD, where there's waypoints

i have zero issues with red alert in whatever wild, personally. if i want to quest i want to quest and i'm not wasting even a second of my time to kill mobs, i'm playing the game as it is designed, when going to quest i do it in constant alert and i kill nothing, excepts if something happens to get really near and slow me down. it's about speed, not survivability.

but, while i have zero issues with this, the game clearly has plenty.

Rather than teleports- I would prefer that the trek through the wildernesses was much more exciting/dynamic/dangerous/fruitful.

This could be achieved in a myriad of ways. Here are just a few:

-Having stronger rares, with desirable named loot/augments. (They have started doing a bit of this already).
-Making collectables more bountiful and useful.
-Increasing the XP of the "Explorers" portion of the S/R/E; along with the ability to then teleport, upon filling out the map.
-Allowing for increased difficulty options in wilderness areas; with corresponding benefits to go with it.
-Adding in random encounters. This could be boss fights (with loot rewards), having to fend of powerful assassins (with loot rewards), friendly npcs that provide a boon (that persist in the quests contained in that area), and much more.

They did a great job with this for IoD in my opinion. Can make a decent chain of the chunks I want to run that doesn’t feel like a slog in between quests, but you still interact with the wilderness (unlike ravenloft).

Tar, King
Tele back (item not recall)
Tabaxi camp->Spiders around to Stone Crypt
Tele back, turn in spiders
Pixie camp -> Trial
Skip Temple

Maybe add a similar feature so once you run Immort Lessons you can tele to bitterspine palace (or somewhere nearby).

That’d let you do a nice Wake -> Immort, Tele to top quests, court for swamp quests.

Feywild has to be the smallest explorer area out of all of them...just saying

Maybe, but its got some of the longest runouts to quest entrances since like Stormhorns

Doesnt matter how big the actual map is, after all (cf Barovia), just how quickly accessible quest entrances are from your available access points

IoD does a good job of this, for example, by making the Pixie teleporter unlock from a quest close to another teleporter, so you dont have to actually run out to that side of the map just for one quest...it leads you through the saga by playing the saga

You cant run Immort until you've done the Bitterspine quests, though (at least without using an opener). That wouldnt help in Heroic after you TR.

I don’t think that’s correct. Pretty sure you can pick it up whenever. (Although I do usually skip it now so I could def be wrong)
