Add Thorn Blade to the druid PL

Currently the active druid past-life feat gives access to casting Flame Blade and seeing how there is no active past-life for Blightcaster I thought it would be neat if it would also give you access to Thorn Blade. I don't think this would be horribly unbalanced, but it should be something quick to add that might give some extra fun to the few people who would find it useful.

It would make the feat a lot more powerful (since fire is the most common resistance and immunity), but I don't think making it a bit more versatile would break the game in half.

I still don't think the active PL feat is taken often enough to warrant any changes to it.

Arguably, if a feat is not taken often enough, it should receive changes to make it more useful.

I found it really handy & didn't use any other weapon until level 20 on my blightcaster - in thorn knight form it's CL is boosted so you get the higher level version sooner & since it's material type is wood, it's boosted by shillelagh too for increased base damage & you can strip both poison & then acid immunity from targets relatively easily from mid levels upwards.
