Some fantastic pairings and matchings there and this is my favorite.
DDO is lacking for some real roguish stuff--I saw someone with the Night revels robe, hood and cloak on a human and it looked good.

Is this cosmetic armor purchasable?
I usually go with the Starter Rags or Slave Rags, but this looks amazing.

I believe so, although I cannot say for certain if I got it from the DDO store... in which case it would be under Medium Cosmetics (Violet Leaf Medium Armor with Bandedmail) or perhaps I got it from the Cosmetic Vendor in the Hall of Heroes (Aelonwy Mealodic) in which case you first will need to either have enough Glamer Dust from Gold Daily Dice cosmetics that you didn't like or purchase Top Hats from the store to convert to Glamer Dust and then you select and trade the dust with the Cosmetic Vendor for the item you want. It should still be labeled the same.

Hmmm. Actually if you wanted to steer away from the skull theme... I would go for something that fit with the Black Bull Medium. Such as the Alchemical Scepter https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Alchemical_Sceptre or the Rod of Mythant https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Rod_of_Mythant or just possibly Coronation https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Coronation.
All 3 have a combination of gold coloring and teal accents like the armor. Coronation even has a tiny skull but it wouldn't be routinely visible to every passerby.

Here is a bit of lootgen that I liked. Helm cosmetic: Mask of the Vulkoorim; not pictured is: Offhand cosmetic: Epic Midnight Greetings; Mainhand cosmetic (not pictured well): Drow Waraxe of the Weapon Master. Build is a drow assassin.

Hmmmmm. If you don't mind advertising that he's an assassin the Stormreaver Napkin/Tablecloth cloak would go well with your style. Although the blood splatter would absolutely shout Assassin.

oh wow great suggestion. I think I pulled it a long time ago and just fed it to a jewel. The cloak that I have that looks great is the House Medani cloak but the high collar combined with the helm look funny with the adition of a cloak. When I wear the cloak, I feel obliged to hide the helm.
I will try to swap in a better pic; had the graphics setting on rather low there due to pre-raid

Updated the older post. You can see that the back view has a very high collar so capes look a bit odd.
Here is a pic with the cloak from House Medani sans helmet. I forgot to equip cosmetic axe:
The source of the armor seems to be The Breastplate of Vol and the Docent of Grace in black layered over. It is interesting how Docent armor appears in other lootgen categories.
