Allow Individual Players to Buy Space on their Guild Ships, or Local Domiciles, or Astral Castles

I'd pay serious money for an astral castle in the clouds. This is my first post on the new forums. 
Any kind of player housing would be awesome. I am surprised SSG has not tried something like this sooner, with huge potential profits. Hells, even a tavern room would be neat. Otherwise we are literally reincarnating murder hobos living in something akin to Groundhog's day.
