Another Lag Source

After I play for a few hours I can lag entire zones out at will. All I have to do is change from Wolf to Bear, then back to Wolf non stop. Everytime I do there is a second or two of lag. If I spam it, can nearly put an end to moving for entire zones. I checked this with my groups and have asked them to submit bug reports. I don't know if this is server wide, but zone wide is confirmed. I put this here because as always SSG doesn't respond to their tickets, my last one went YEARS with no answer.

I may test this on the weekend when i get time. Possibly record it and upload it here. If someone beats me to the punch that'd be fine. Also time of day may be a factor. I'll try it at non peak vs peak hours hopefully.
