This one devs have addressed at some point - "Exceptional" seeker items have always been insightful type and date back before insightful gear became common. There's just two versions. Its confusing, and personally I wish they'd harmonise them, but it is WAI in the sense that they aren't going to give that item actual exceptional-typed seeker.

I legitimately don't know why they haven't changed the effect name. If Warblade was labeled as Insightful since day one, there wouldn't be any complaints, it'd just be seen as a mediocre item.

This is just Steelstar refusing to accept that he is using an obsolete affix that is not on the modern power curve - Insightful Seeker +6 is on ML29+ items whereas Warblade is an ML33 +5 Insightful seeker item.

Barely, you can still do 2 puzzles with the barriers up (at least in heroics). Seems the only thing they fixed was the "What would you do if you had a million platinum? I'll tell you what I'd do, man, two Thousand Teeth at the same time, man" by locking down that barrier.

It's completely non functional. The summer effect does not work either.

We talked about this, they need buffed. Sometimes it takes 2, I repeat TWO AoE’s to clear a pack of mobs on R10. That is silly and needs buffed.
