Any more news on Dhampir?

It'll be a Half-Orc variant because Half-Orcs have tusks and Dhampirs will have fangs.

And the iconic Dhampir will be a Druid because Druids have animal forms and Dhampirs can turn into bats.

Dhampir, huh, what's this all about?

My tiny brain, as it struggles to make any logical connection, makes me think of a HUMANOID race of Lawful Neutral alignment with a Vampiric bite. Maybe a whole new imbue attack which replenishes some health with each successful attack? If we think DDO and vampires (Strahd etc) they are human, not elf, not dwarf not half-orc. Personally I would love to see a new human-ish race, more Drow-like in appearance, with a Lawful Evil alignment and having the vampiric attack based on CHA or STR (choice), but I think SSG will limit it to LN. Or even CON, but not DEX.

EDIT. Wait, wait, wait... maybe a bite that can provoke a Blood Frenzy with increased stats and/or debuffs for a certain duration? Mmmm.
