Anyone else lost lives?

I have noticed that one of my monk past lives has vanished. I know of someone else on Cannith that this has happened to. Is anyone else having this issue? Is it monk only? Has anyone had any help from customer support?

I also seem to have lost a monk life. Started a second round of completionist without realizing you don't actually get another completionist, only the class feat. Started with monk because I hate monk and wanted to get it out of the way. I then stopped when I realized triple completionist doesn't work the way I thought it did.

So yes, no second monk life showing, and on Cannith.

On Orien, have all 3 monk lives. Haven't tr'd of any kind in a while. What have you two done in common recently?

All I did was drop that heart and become a monk for an excruciating month. The only thing I can think of is that I inadvertently used a blood heart and essential changed my race from human to human. But I am pretty sure I used the right heart and the original post would support that. The fact that both of us are complaining about monk life would also support the theory.

My static friend has also lost a monk life. Sadly it seems there is no way support can help as they don''t seem to have the tools. Don't bother trying to get anything sorted. I know it isn't the support staff to blame, but you may as well save all the hassle and just do another monk life :(
