Anyone else not get certain items from the Ultimate Fan edition of Masterminds of Sharn?

i just bought "Sinister Secret of Saltmarsh Ultimate Fan Bundle" and i didnt received anything, but i can take the saltmarash quest at least. 😥 I checked all my characters, nothing.

Sorry for caps, but with regard to another ticket I was told that

"This issue also being outside of the 7-day potential reimbursement policy we are unable to reimburse if the item failed to deliver to a character outside of the 7 days that it was originally obtained and lost."

This seems incredibly harsh to me (and I suspect is probably in violation of EU consumer protection laws) but it does male it absolutely vital that you check up whether you obtained every single item from the packs that you are supoosed to get on every single character as soon as you possibly can.

Absolutely BS and just another eg of how one sided SSG’s views are of Fair vs they Rule period!

Put in a ticket, and also found an over 6 months old thread about this same issue. Seems it's been a thing for a while.

Not holding my breath.

Edit: Seems SSG responded. I guess we'll see.

I contacted support about Sharn's missing items and after a week or so, GM sent me the items on ingame mail.

I just had a GM mail my main the items also. It is nice that this matter seems to have been dealt with, and quickly - however it is a shame that players reported the same issues for a while and the bug has not been fixed.

Hope everyone else affected gets their items.

My brother bought Ultimate Sharn and didn't get his items during the sale. He got a response from the support team and the correct items were sent to him a day or so back. :)

I got the mass response email to my ticket a few days ago, but nothing more. I've been checking multiple characters on every live server since but no GM mails or anything yet.

The more information you provide them, the better. I suggested to my brother a specific world and character be given to support to minimize the back & forth dialogue. Items were directly mailed to that characters mail, and that was it.

Yeah, Saturday I replied to the email with a specific character and world to send it to, so I suppose it's just a waiting game for a response now.
