Sorry for caps, but with regard to another ticket I was told that
"This issue also being outside of the 7-day potential reimbursement policy we are unable to reimburse if the item failed to deliver to a character outside of the 7 days that it was originally obtained and lost."
This seems incredibly harsh to me (and I suspect is probably in violation of EU consumer protection laws) but it does make it absolutely vital that you check up whether you obtained every single item that you are supoosed to get from the packs as soon as you possibly can.

I contacted support about Sharn's missing items and after a week or so, GM sent me the items on ingame mail.
The more information you provide them, the better. I suggested to my brother a specific world and character be given to support to minimize the back & forth dialogue. Items were directly mailed to that characters mail, and that was it.
