I aspire to have an item with the longest name possible...

• Special material: probably "Adamantine" is the longest
• Item type: Light Spiritcraft Shield - this might be the longest shield name, tie with "Planeforged Tower Shield"
• Suffix: Negative Healing Amplification 20 - this is indeed a really long suffix

I am sure there are some legacy effects that affect item name, notably "Cursed". And IIRC some festival crafting affected item name, but I might be wrong.

Well there's currently a tie for it on the Moonsea AH

But the longest I can think of would be 106 characters with +XX Physical Resistance XX Flametouched Iron Light Spiritcraft Shield of Negative Healing Amplification XX, but there's probably some rarer, longer, pre-/affixes that I can't think of.

Could substitute for Planeforged Tower Shield or Heavy Spiritcraft Shield. Heavy Repeating Crossbow is also a long item type, but I don't know if pre-/affixes are as long for weapons as they are for armor/shields.

As PaleFox said Proof Against Disease is a longer prefix with 2 more characters, but I'm not sure if that appears on armor/shields or just jewelry? Same with Efficient Metamagic.
