Anyone more technical than I am know if issues with the internal USB connecting a laptop mouse would manifest as slow response left button?

Recently fried a hard drive on my laptop. got too hot and heard the click of doom! Oh No! But now same laptop now got a SSD drive and upgrade from Win 7 to 11. its a older Dell Laptop so not sure if it may be issues of compatibility with Win 11 that my tech person was able to install anyways(they mentioned something to that effect) or if it might be the internal USB connecting the touchpad or just maybe bad timing and its wearing out like the spinginess of the letter A key lost completely due to the Snow Peaks slide event. Thank you SSG BTW ! LoL!

Just assumed since not a technical issue technically with the game per say, but moreso my own personal hardware questions and issues so thought more appropriate to be here than there i suppose recollecting.
