It appears that the pack command runs in the background, and it appears that you need to manually check the crafting and shared bank until they are empty. Had a guildie successfully move his crafting storage bank over using this procedure.

I see... 2000+ bank slots could easily take many minutes (or even hours?) under heavy server load.

I'm gonna wait until the initial rush has cooled down.

I tried just 1 character. No emails. After 20 minutes any attempt was giving me "This account is currently banned" or something similar, after 1.5 hour I can login again but no characters on destination server, the packed character is still on the original one. Probably transfer failed silently. Will try again in the morning, it's too chaotic at the moment.

You get a message in the chat window saying when the packing is complete.

I got a message that the guild was packed, but that was 5 minutes prior to the last items finally disappearing from my crafting storage.

I got several toons across, only one issue, a third of my collectibles storage went poof. *shrugs* I don't know why or if I did something to trigger it. I'm not seven sure what went poof, it was full and I will be honest I don't even remember what all was in it so it's hard to be that chuffed about it. But if it matters to you, might want to stuff things into bags on toons. All my items on the toons, banks, and shared regular bank made it fine.

This is the wrong question really. You should be asking, "Anyone transfer and run into any serious problems yet?"

This is one of those things where it doesn't matter if it goes right 9 out of 10 times. It's the one time it doesn't that you'll really care about.

Shards transferred fine, but Crafting storage didnt transfer at all. Its still on Khyber. Thanks for asking, i forgot to check that before.

After a few hours of waiting my main arrived from Khyber with the guild and with my crafting storage this time.

I did 2 characters from one of the lesser servers i play on.. they are still in limbo 4 hrs later...

Two hours since I packed and went through the transfer wizard. Nothing yet. Started about 4 pm (west coast)

I finally started the transfer process, when I could log back in, my character was not there, but still on the old server.
