Arcane spell check on Druid spells

I've noticed today that the game had started making arcane spell checks on all my druid spells - has anyone else experienced this?

Some quests have special mechanics that introduces global spell failure (not only arcane). Some monsters have attacks that bestow a similar spell failure chance. Here's a list:

Currently playing on Druid and everything is fine.
The only time I had spell failure was within skeleton mage aura.
