Astral Traveler Patron's Coffer Problems

Starting this thread for people who bought the Astral Traveler Coffer, and are having problems. hopefully, we can all get some help.
In my case, I did not receive the +30 shared bank slots, but received everything else. Response from customer service was to go to the NPC, Zeanna, and request them. Of course, there is no option to do that, they are delivered directly.

Once you purchase the Astral Traveler Patron's Coffer you will log out and then back in, then speak to Zeanna in the Eberron Hall of Heroes to claim your items. You can claim some subset of them or everything you are eligible for. If you claim your items with Zeanna and still don't have the storage space please reply to your ticket with that information.

Just to check, you're either VIP or have bought the base shared bank unlock from the store, right?

What does the weapon aura look like?

So far I only see bank slots are worth it. Maybe cosmetic great sword.

I claimed my items with Zeanna and still don't have the account storage space. I replied to customer service and their response was that "it is automatically applied". But, I contact support because it wasn't applied! Going in circles, and this is (to me) the most valuable part of the purchase. To answer the earlier quation, yes I'm VIP and purchased the base unlock. Has any else has experienced a problem receiving the +30 shared account storage?

Oh dear god, I'm almost positive I was hit with that bug for the Superior Mechanized Warrior Coffer now. Unfortunately I didn't take screenshots before because I ASSUMED it would work.

Is there a way for us to check what's applied to the shared account capacity?

Opened the ticket. Let's see what happens. I have enough problems with IT tickets at work for me to have those with videogames as well.

It seems I got it already? As it is now there's no way for me to double check. The game could give us a breakdown of what's applied to our slots when we mouse over the number of slots.

Now there's so many sources of extra storage that's impossible to keep track and we have a history of having to ask for those on occasion.

you can double check if you wanted by calculating the shared bank base + all the additions over time. but yeah, I definitely agree that hovering over your total number of shared bank *or* your character bank should provide a tooltip breakdown for all the additions (similar to the breakdown for epic destiny points) - it is just too convoluted at this point to keep track of.

but if you do want to take the time to calculate by a spreadsheet, it would involve the following:

so currently, if you had maxed out everything to current (only the month 0 for VIP Loyalty is currently available) = 395

30 base + (21 x 10) + 10 RL + 10 F2PLB + 10 VIP5/20 + 20 DBLPT12/22 + 10 VCN + 30 UWC + 30 MWC + 30 ATC + 5 VIP loyalty month 0

While it's indeed helpful, as it is now I don't even know if I have the stuff to check, I just remember buying the ultimate expansions whenever they came up, the rest of the stuff I kinda assumed it was working buuut...
