Average DC for a level 23 caster (first life)

Like the post says. What's the average DC of a caster in their low 20s? I have like...38 DC on my Inflict Moderate Wounds, Mass. Clearly it's a little lacking, because playing on elite, it seems to be saved against...almost 50% of the time, or quite commonly. In general, when I saw talents that boosted my necro DC, I took them. And I have some goggles that give a little bit of DC. Any general suggestions as to how I can increase the DC some more? The main issues that I can think of is that I've split my abilities quite evenly between STR, WIS, and CON, and that I failed to take the Spell Focus feats.

Edit: Also, I am aware that I can Inflict Critical Wounds, Mass to get a bit more DC, and am considering making that change. Just a little unsure of the effect it'll have on my longevity in terms of SP.

Are you using;
Heighten
Spell Focus items
Items that grant wisdom (you can have +9 enhancement, +3 insightful +1 quality at level 20)
Profane DC
Reaper Points (guessing not, since you mentioned elite)
Stat tomes
Enhancements in tree and epic destinies

I don't have heighten.
I don't think I have any items that have spell focus, though I'll keep my eyes peeled.
I have some items that grant wisdom.
I have some profane items.
I have a whopping 1 reaper point, working my way towards 2.
I think I have a stat tome for wisdom. +1 maybe.
Enhancements and epic destinies I think I'm okay on. I went pretty hard into the Dark Apostate tree, so I have basically all of the necro DC from there. And then I went into magus of the eclipse, so I'll get a few more from there (think I have +2 atm).
Also, I did take Domain of Death, which IIRC, gives me some DC.

Meaning you're not using heighten either

TehRocker has good advice.

If you are concerned about spell points, use a stronger spell (not the inflict ones, they're rubbish). You'd get more mileage out of kiting mobs through blade barrier if they don't have evasion.

There are great wizardry items in keep on the borderlands, & you can farm out sands for antique bronze tokens to work on rings of spell storing.

Although if your stats are spread like that, just pick up quick cutter and melee them instead of casting damaging spells. Save your spell points to heal yourself.

Well the inflict ones are very convenient for me because they not only damage the target, they also heal me. So in light of that, I find them to be very useful. That being said, I will definitely try to use a higher rank of the spell, and try to farm out some slightly better +WIS, and wizardry items. I don't think I'm actually too badly off for spell points (2500ish feels adequate for the stuff I do), but I guess I'm just a little paranoid about running out.
