Bastard Sword question

1. I know that SWF and 2HF are mutually exclusive, but can you combine SWF with Perfect 2HF (the epic feat, which isn't mutually exclusive with it) and enjoy from both while using Bastard sword / Dwarven waraxe? (or the other way around - 2HF with Perfect SWF)
2. Can you use SWF + Perfect SWF + Perfect 2HF?

Yes, you can use both with the specialized feats. However, take the real SWF then add Special THF for optimal DPS: perfect SWF requires real SWF. Perfect THF requires nothing. So, starting with SWF lets you take them all.
