So I'm in a position where I have to choose between the two. But which one to get? I can either get battle trance for my main stat (currently at 69). OR I can get a melee haste action boost with a +30% attack speed buff. I have an item already equipped that gives me +3 more action boosts, so I actually would have 8 charges of that instead of 5.
I'm a pure fist monk build. I don't have any augs or stats for +stunning or +assassin DCs.
PS: I also have an item that gives me insight deadly, so +5 damage. So the battle trance would give me roughly +12 damage instead of +17 techincally.
