Best Cannith Challenges to Solo these days?

Been a while since I did these, usually just do them for Renown Pots or Tokens so the specific mats don’t matter.

Which are the best to solo in terms of mat payout/minute?

I used to like the lava caves ones, but have the pathing issues made these problematic?

And what builds are good for these? Thinking of making an iconic Inquis to park at a good level, since you can’t really do them at cap, could see an electric sorc doing well too.

Get in there soon, i am expecting all the cannith challenges to eventually be non-functional due to the fact that they provide free potion boosts and tokens of the twelve.

With the new pathing issues with torch lines I wonder if we will ever see crystal cove again and I wonder if magically when crystal cove makes another appearance if they somehow find a miraculous fix for the torch pathing.

Broken canntih challenges is fiscally responsible like breaking repeater attack speeds thru heroic TR levels.

I am not sure in terms of time/payout but I imagine the lava caves: time is money is the fastest. You only need to check a few locations, and often the one off to the right has enough. The pathing is pretty limited so should not be too big an issue with kobold AI.

Use Mikayl the Pious to drop DDoors that do not expire and you can have a lot of fast results.

Parked toon would need to be ML 21 ideally.

I do not recommend the Rushmore mansion because time keeps increasing as you go. Can take forever and the need to break stuff/pickup is exhausting.

Best toon would be fast moving aggro magnet that can toss haste to buff kobolds; use the elemental resist buff out of Unyielding. (I would probably do Bard inquisitive, include 1 barb for extra run speed, maybe 1 rogue or DH for trapping)

If you do them in Heroic (level 10 or 11), Kobold Chaos (level 15 variation) has the best potential payout once you learn it (using Hirelings helps a fair amount).

If the Kobold mining was in a good state, then it is a toss-up between Colossal Crystals and Buying Time.

If you do them Epic (level 21) and remove the Kobold mining challenges, then Moving Targets is the best for ingredient payout.

In general, I find that doing one good run of Kobold Chaos, Moving Targets, or Colossal Crystals yields enough ingredients (about 1000 to 1200 ingredients) to get me a close to a full Heroic and Epic life's worth of EXP Potion time (20 to 24 hours worth of potion time).

Note that on Cormyr the Kobold Island Challenges give only 50% of the materials compared to the other servers. Wiki gives the formula for the normal servers. This problem has also always been present on each of the HC event servers.

That's so weird. I wonder why that happens.
