Yeah, could we get a fix and an extension of the sale because the discount isn't being applied. It would be great to get an announcement today, since this is supposed to be the last day.

Wanted to let folks know in here that we're aware of the pricing bugs that have been hitting the checkout pages for both DDO and LOTRO, resulting in incorrect discounts, wrong totals, and incorrect charges. We've made multiple attempts to address the bug on the site, but the fixes have only changed things up more or stuck for a few hours. We have a testing account in these states too and are seeing the same errors.

If you were charged over the sale amount, please submit a ticket with us if you have not already. Otherwise, we will also be proactively finding folks who were overcharged and will be addressing that once we get this bug under control. Very sorry to those who may have been affected by it!

Will you also be addressing the bonus points issue? I have submitted a ticket in any case.

What about the Sharn Ultimate Fan Bundle that isn't delivering astral shards, dimensional bag, etc? Not an isolated incident.
It's failing to deliver deliver more than just the astral shards.

The Ultimate Sharn bundle isn't giving the Dimensional Augment Bag and the whole Ultimate Sharn Supplies kit (140 astral shards, 3 major guild renown potions, twenty greater treasure hunter potions, and 5 Mirrors of Glamering).

I could have chosen better wording, but mainly I just wanted to clarify that it was the whole Sharn Supply kit not being delivered in addition to the Dimensional bag.

It looks like the Sharn Ultimate set still has some issues. My brother just bought it and it didn't give him the one time items like shards, augment bag, potions, etc.. I told him to get a ticket in for it. 😕
Interesting, same thing happened to my wife and I a few years ago. Still not fixed. We both got banned for months for disputing the purchase. Make sure not to reverse charge because it will cause a ban. The support team will help given enough time. They were not able to get us our items because we did a charge back after 2 weeks with no response to our tickets. Had we waited until they got back to us I think we could have received our items. It seemed to think we bought the collectors pack when we bought the ultimate edition .

I purchased Sharn: UFB on two accounts, on different servers, and the bag, shards, and consummables did not get delivered. Got tickets in immediately. I'll check my emails every day, just in case, but this is probably a really big mess and will take some time to get through for the customer service folks. Hopefully all will be resolved within a couple weeks, at which point I'll have some additional free time and the running amok can resume in earnest.

You have to file a customer service request. Cordovan may be able to help ensure that it's highlighted to the right people, but that's about all posting on the forums can do.

One of our accounts was fixed up last week. Support mailed a loot chest with items to my designated character, on the designated server (be sure to mention this in your ticket). Easy peasy! I placed a second order for Sharn UFB on our other account a few hours after the first order, so there were probably A LOT of other orders placed in between by other folks. The ticket on that one should be coming up soon.
