You have to be signed in to use that link.
If you're not signed into DDO.
It's just an FAQ page
Yeah, that's the point. If you want your issue resolved, you have to submit a customer service request through that page. At this point, I'm not sure what you're missing, unless you're just past the point of caring.

So I put in a ticket and nothing has been changed...
This is so messed up...
I would not have purchased it.
If I knew SSG was going to steal from me.

Dude don't blame me.
You're blaming me.
You think it's my fault.
Are you out of your mind ?
They blatantly stole from me ?

Clearly reading comprehension isn't your strong suit. I'll just wish you good luck. Peace out.

I still can't believe you're blaming me.
Could you please explain to me how it's my fault ?

I'll try once.

No one is blaming you for anything. They're saying you need to sign in to the page linked above to get to the Customer Service form. Upper right corner.

I've done it twice...
Once on December 2nd and today...
Nothing has happened.

I just want the sale price as advertised or a full return...
At this point I take either.
It makes me not want use the DDO store anymore.

Dude is saying...
I have to take responsibility for my issue.
I didn't cause the issue...
I shouldn't have to do anything.
Just reply to confirmation email from my ticket and I am done.
In all honesty...
This shouldn't have happened in the first place.

....

Okay, you've done what you needed to do then.

Per Celestrata's post above (#104) they're working thru it. Judging by this thread, there's a bunch of people in the boat so will take a bit to get to everyone.

I had to return the DS I saved up for to give my ten year old son.
Just in case that $100 isn't in my account by Jan. 1st ...
It was the only thing I got him that was over $100.
Happy Holidays

The issue has been addressed and is being processed.
I may have jumped the gun a bit ...
But $100+ is a lot when you live hand to mouth.

Wanted to let folks know in here that we're aware of the pricing bugs that have been hitting the checkout pages for both DDO and LOTRO, resulting in incorrect discounts, wrong totals, and incorrect charges. We've made multiple attempts to address the bug on the site, but the fixes have only changed things up more or stuck for a few hours. We have a testing account in these states too and are seeing the same errors.

If you were charged over the sale amount, please submit a ticket with us if you have not already. Otherwise, we will also be proactively finding folks who were overcharged and will be addressing that once we get this bug under control. Very sorry to those who may have been affected by it!
I bought two expansions during the Black Friday sale and I was overcharged by approximately 25% for local prices (which should have included 10% GST for my area).

I received a message from support stating that I "may" have used a VPN and I'm responsible for paying the final amount even if it was incorrect.

The response was a word salad but appears to be claiming:

- I used a VPN (when I didn't)
- The price difference was taxes (which would have been 35% total in taxes).

Support staff refuse to tell me where they think i was connecting from so I have no idea where the pricing results in 35% local taxes. The support person also admitted the internal geolocation information on my account was incorrect and they claim to have personally corrected it. But that correction is not resulting in the overcharge being returned to me.
