Just wanted to let you know I am dealing with bureaucracy in standing stone games.

Back in August under my account "Dragonspawn" I ordered some ddo points and didn't receive them so I put in a ticket. After one week with no points that I had paid for I filed a complaint with my CC company.

Within a week or so I received my points and cancelled my complaint.
Finally got an email from SSG saying I received my points.

The payment was sent to daybreak games (who, I assume, handles payment for or owns SSG).
2 weeks ago, I was unable to buy points from the DDO store and filed a ticket.

After about a week with no response SSG suspended my account because they say they never received the payment.

Any way still fighting with them so can't get back into the game at the moment.
Sent CC screenshots showing payment made to no avail.

Working with my CC company to follow up.

Now they (SSG or DayBreak Games) just ignore my emails and posts

How did you order the points? For me I ordered them in game and never had a problem with the CC.

CC Company stated that:

The merchant reviewed your dispute, but didn't find evidence of a billing error. So they received the money but stated they didn't

eh? basically you did not give SSG enough time to sort out the problem, and expect results in 1 week, then chargeback CC and expect the problem to go away on rebuying points?
You got backlisted. The problem was the chargeback its on file and any transaction after the charge back is now suspect and flagged as fraud.

Credit card charge back is a no no and is LAST thing that should be done after SSG CS failed to help and after at least 1 month (Chargeback have a 6 month time limit so) to give them time to sort it out it has been warned in this forums by lots of people about CC chargeback and account woes.
You can only hope that SSG has a forgiving attitude cos your charge back cost them more than your accounts worth, and willing to reinstate your account.
To late to help you.

BS. Daybreak in one incident they say:

Unfortunately, your account will remain suspended indefinitely until the outstanding chargeback dispute is fully resolved and paid.
Once the payment has been completed and confirmed, we’ll be happy to review the suspension status and assist you further.

The merchant reviewed your dispute, but didn't find evidence of a billing error. You're still responsible for payment.

So they received payment but state they did not.

Some CC vendors has problems depends on global regions, normally is not the problem per see its normally the lag in DDO that snafu things up, it was the failure to allow time SSG CS to track and trace payments before going nuclear on SSG, if you have CC trails and receipts its just waiting for CS to sort it out as they will eventually.
My CC is region locked so I normally use PayPal, even a refund on CC take a 10-20 working days normally so clobbering daybreak SSG with a chargeback is.......

They pretty much have everyone and everything on ignore at the moment because they are unable to handle the number of tickets/complaints/requests
It's not just now. This is standard for them at all times. CS would literally wait until I swapped characters and in the 30s I was off line close tickets with "sorry, you weren't online when we went to contact you, please open a new ticket". If it's not a bot reply, watching like a hawk for log-offs and closing has got to take more effort than actually solving things.

Waiting a month to get something you paid for that should be instantly delivered? Hope that SSG forgives him? Whatever troll. He had every right to charge back SSG. Players are not loaning SSG money, if you purchase something it should be provided.

As long as they know going in that the chargeback will result in a ban, then sure.

right to charge back SSG
And SSG/Daybreak reserves the right to ban any account that makes a chargeback.

Consequences.

(Yes, SSG has been terrible about purchasing things recently. Open a ticked 'Did not get items paid for' and hold your fire until they react to the ticket. Selecting the proper category has made a huge difference in reaction time for me in the past )

And now they have 'reserved the right' to ban players who are AFK, LOL.

What do you mean by "a complaint with the CC company" ?
Did you ask them to charge back your payment, or did they do that in response to your complaint ? Then yes, that will get your account suspended/banned.
Many companies will do that, and for good reason, especially with digital goods.

That´s no excuse for their "support" to take several weeks to respond to such problems, but that´s how it works.

It would work that way anywhere. order a pizza, get it delivered, eat the pizza then do a chargeback. you wont be able to order from that pizzaria again.
So based on your pizza theory...The OP orders a pizza. After a week, the OP calls their credit card demanding a charge back because the pizza still hasn't arrived. Then, another whole week passes and magically the pizza arrives at his house as if he ordered 30 minutes ago. And now the pizzeria is indignant?? Ridiculous.

All the apologists here talking about consequences. The consequence is never give money to this company they are known to be fiscally irresponsible.

Exactly, all these folks talking about consequences. The consequences to paying a vendor for something and not receiving it is that you charge them back and the credit card company then issues a punitive charge at the vendor for not delivering what you paid for. That is the consequences. And SSG wants to ban a player for it then that player won't be giving them any money in the future which is just future consequence for SSG.

Banning the player? That is just a loss of pixels from a dishonest company. Not real and not really consequential.
